Whitney Cummings is originally from Washington, D.C. and moved to Los Angeles after graduating from University of Pennsylvania to pursue stand up comedy.

Whitney has appeared in many TV shows and movies including MTV's PUNK'D, HBO's Tell Me You Love Me and in the Sony feature Made of Honor. This fall she co-stars on the Tony Rock Show for MyNetworkTV.

As a comedian Whitney has appeared on Last Call with Carson Daly, Comics Unleashed, NESN's Comedy All Stars, Showtime's "Live! Nude! Comedy," and HBO's Down and Dirty With Jim Norton. In 2007 Variety named her one of the "Top 10 Comics to Watch" and in 2008 Entertainment Weekly named her "Comedy Star of Tomorrow."

Whitney has written for TV shows such as NBC's Last Call with Carson Daly, The Comedy Central Roasts of Flavor Flav and of Bob Saget, and numerous pilots and award shows.
