Tom Malloy was one of the lead actors in the film Gravesend, presented by Oliver Stone. The film became a cult favorite. Tom appeared on MTV, E! Channel, ABC, and NBC in promotion of the film. He has also had principal roles on Law & Order-SVU and Third Watch on NBC, as well as films such as The Siege with Denzel Washington, and Anger Management with Adam Sandler and Jack Nicholson.
As a hyphenate actor/writer/producer, his work includes Love N' Dancing, directed by Robert Iscove, and co-starring Tom and Amy Smart, The Alphabet Killer, directed by Rob Schmidt, starring Eliza Dushku, Cary Elwes, Tim Hutton, and Tom, and The Attic, directed by Mary Lambert, starring Elisabeth Moss, Jason Lewis, and Tom. Tom has also co-directed the documentary "High" Roller: The Bob Perry Story, and the educational video on club drugs "The Agony of Ecstasy," which has sold to over 2000 high schools!
As a stand-up comic, Tom has headlined and performed at Caroline's Comedy Club, as well as other major comedy clubs along the east coast. As a dancer, Tom is a competitive West Coast Swing dancer, and has taught and competed in Manhattan, Long Island and New Jersey. As a martial artist, Tom was trained in the art of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu by 3 different members of the Gracie Family. For years, he coached bouncers and high school wrestling teams on the "Most Effective Martial Art in the World." On top of all this, Tom is a nationally known motivational speaker for kids with A Vision in Motion speakers bureau.
