Stefanie began acting at a young age and continued her theater education throughout her high-school and collegiate career. Stefanie attended Pepperdine University, graduating in 2006 with her Bachelor of Arts in Theater with an emphasis in acting.

Stefanie has three siblings: Abbi Butler, Katie Butler and Blake Butler.
