Siobhan was born in London, England on the 14th of June 1983, She was born of Irish decent and has been performing since she was 12 years old. She was discovered by ex-All Saints manager Ron Tom, who went on to manage the Sugababes. At the age of 16 she joined now ex-bandmates Keisha Buchanan and Mutya Buena to form the chart topping Sugababes and has had a lot of success with hits such as "Overload" and "Run For Cover", taken from the 2001 album "One Touch". Siobhan split from the band in August 2001 due to artistic differences, personality differences and alienation in the group.
Siobhan suffered from depression not long after that and then decided that she would have to start her own career away from the Sugababes. She started writing music along with the help of former producer Cameron McVey to help overcome her depression, and began performing under the alias of "Shanghi Nobody". She released her first single, "Overrated", in June 2003 and then "Twist Of Fate" in September 2003, both taken from the forthcoming album, "Revolution In Me".
