Shawn Roberts is a Canadian actor, who is best known for his roles in zombie films such as Land of the Dead, Diary of the Dead and the Resident Evil film franchise.
Roberts was born in Stratford, Ontario on April 2, 1984. He started with playing the wolf in a school play of "Little Red Riding Hood" which award-winning screenwriter Robert Forsythe who was a friend of his father helped him get a role in Emily of New Moon. He is known for playing rapist Dean Walton in the Canadian television drama Degrassi: The Next Generation and has also appeared in George A. Romero's Diary of the Dead and Land of the Dead. In 2010, he appeared in Resident Evil: Afterlife, where he played villain Albert Skewer. He reprised the role in 2012 in Resident Evil: Retribution.
