Samantha grew up in Virginia Beach, VA where her father (former drummer for A Flock of Seagulls) owns a prestigious recording studio called Windmark Recording. The famed production duo, The Neptunes (Pharrell and Chad Hugo) did a majority of their work out of Windmark. As a result, Sam was able to sit in on the sessions of artists like Justin Timberlake and thus learned the inner workings of the industry. In 2005, Sam moved out to LA in hopes of pursuing a career in music. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Sam has collaborated with rapper/producer KO to write her album, due out in early 2010. Already having tons of recognition, such as award nominations and music placements, Samantha is no doubt a talent to watch in the coming year.
