Known to millions as a panelist on BBC Two's Mock The Week, Russell has been a regular guest on Never Mind the Buzzcock's (BBC Two) and Would I Lie To You? (BBC One) along with hosting Comedy Central's Edinburgh and Beyond and twice appearing on Live at the Apollo (BBC One). In 2009 Russell brought his unique take on the world to BBC Three with Russell Howard's Good News – the channel first topical comedy show.
But it is on stage where Russell really storms it. Three previous tours Wandering (2006/7), Adventures (2007/8) and Dingledodies (2008/9) have all completely sold out including three nights at the Hammersmith Apollo and a huge show at Wembley Arena. In 2009 Russell embarks on his Big Rooms and Belly Laughs Arena tour playing 10 of his largest gigs so far.
Russell's debut DVD, Russell Howard Live, was released in 2008 and was one of the best selling stand-up titles that year. His follow-up Russell Howard Live – Dingledodies, recorded at Brighton Dome, is available to order from amazon.co.uk.
