Richard Meehan is an Actor. Richard Meehan lives in the oldest town on Cape Cod with his parents and younger brother Joshua. He is an "old soul", someone whose sensitivity and emotion is well beyond his years. Richard leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets both young and old. Richard was introduced to acting during the summer of 2009 when he was an extra in "Grown Ups", the water-park scene.

He went to the water park with his brother thinking that it would be a fun free day at the park and fell in love with acting. During the summer of 2010 he filmed his first speaking role in "My Hometown" staring Ryan Merriman and Casey Margolis. During the fall of 2010 he landed the supporting role of (young) James in "Missing William" staring Brandon Routh as James, Courtney Ford, Spencer Grammer and Reid Scott. With "Missing William" under his belt Richard is now SAG eligible. Richard not only wants to act, he really is interested in all aspects of movie making. When on set and not filming you will find Richard hanging out with sound, camera and art crews.

Learning everything he can about the world of film making. Richard left public school after finishing fifth grade and has been home-schooled ever since. With all his extra time he has had the opportunity to spend lots of time doing community serve. He has won the Presidential Volunteer Service Award (Gold) since the age of 11. He has worked with projects like: jeans for teens, one warm coat, and his favorite the toys for tots program. His father is in the National Guard and has been deployed in the past; this has lead to him wanting to work on projects that support our troops. He runs numerous 5K races throughout the year that support our troops. Richard is always busy with something; some of his favorite times are playing basketball, skateboarding, hanging with friends at the beach or riding his bike.
