Rebekah Kennedy is an American actress. Rebekah Kennedy, born in Texas, began acting on the stage. Rebekah spent all of her time doing theatre and it wasn't until after she received her B.A. in Musical Theatre from Palm Beach Atlantic University, did she truly discover the screen. While continuing her love for the stage, Rebekah started to explore the world of film. She started to audition and quickly landed many roles in short films and Indies, making friends and learning the business along the way. When 2010 hit, it quickly showed it would be a promising year. Soon came an amazing opportunity when Rebekah booked a lead role as 15-year-old "Hanna" in the feature, House Hunting (2013), starring Marc Singer and Art LaFleur.
She then went on to play 14-year-old "Caroline Boutine" in the feature, Creature (2011), starring Mehcad Brooks and Serinda Swan. Then came another wonderful opportunity when she booked a supporting role in the feature, Season of the Witch (2011), starring Nicolas Cage. In addition, she played 17-year-old "Chrissy" in the web-series, "Throwing Stones" (2010), which is set to air Season 2 January 3, 2012. Rebekah finished the year with the lead role of "Faith Riley" in The Curse of Babylon (2011). In 2011, Rebekah made her television debut on the TNT show, "Memphis Beat" (2010). She also had a guest star role in the TV show, "Ghostbreakers" (2011), and filmed a recurring role on the TV pilot, "Fat Busters". Rebekah also played "Camrynn Ford" in the film, I Am Gabriel (2012) (V), starring Dean Cain and John Schneider. Rebekah first hit the big screen when she played the young "Peasant Turk Girl" in Season of the Witch (2011), with Nicolas Cage and Ron Perlman, which landed in theaters January 7, 2011 and, then again, when Creature (2011) opened on September 9, 2011.
Rebekah is continuing to pursue her love for acting and is sharing her time between the screen and stage. Rebekah is known for playing characters much younger than her actual age. On stage, in June 2008, portraying 12-year-old "Cami" and "Corey" in the World Premier of the play, "Bloodletters", written by Tom Sime. In September, she is playing the little Boy/Girl in the Dallas Premier of the Tony-nominated play, "The Pillowman", written by Martin McDonagh. She garnered rave reviews for both roles. Then, in December 2008, she played "Slasher" in the British panto, "Little Red Riding Hood", and, in April 2009, she played 16-year-old "Rachel" in "To Gillian on her 37th Birthday", receiving a review that called her an "extraordinary actor". She was last seen on stage as 15-year-old "Hildy" in "Slasher", at Kitchen Dog Theater, in which she received rave reviews.
