Patricia Belcher is an American film and television actress, best known for her role as attorney Caroline Julian on Bones. She also appeared in the film Jeepers Creepers as a psychic. Patricia Belcher was born in Helena, Montana. Patricia has made many appearances in films, including The Number 23, Unknown, Jeepers Creepers, Heartbreakers and in 2009, (500) Days of Summer.
