Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Nicole knew from a very young age that she wanted to pursue a career as a performer. To that end, she participated in several school productions while growing up, and completed numerous acting classes throughout her life. She started out slowly by taking on modeling and commercial gigs in her native Ohio, and eventually worked up the courage to move out to Hollywood.
Once there, Nicole began the tedious process of auditioning. She quickly landed small roles in films (including 1998's Thick as Thieves, opposite Alec Baldwin and Janeane Garofalo) and television shows, such as The Hughleys, Crossing Jordan and Half & Half. In 2001, Nicole was added to The Man Show's roster of Juggies, a group of girls who performed tasks like jumping on trampolines to show off their "abilities." Nicole soon found herself being recognized on the street for the first time in her life.
She parlayed that newfound notoriety into a small but pivotal role in the 2003 Disney flick Holes, which starred Sigourney Weaver and Jon Voight. Nicole was next cast for the role of Niki Clark on MyNetwork TV's nightly soap Fashion House. She plays a high-powered model opposite television icon Morgan Fairchild and the ever-gorgeous Bo Derek.
