Monica Ramon is originally from Sabadell, Spain, near the city of Barcelona. Monica comes from an artistic family, her Grandfather being a well known artist "Luis Vila Plana". She has lived though tragedy such as one of her twin brothers was severely injured in a car accident in 1992, in which her brother had come out of a coma and had to learn to speak and walk again.

Monica continued into acting, her first role in the Spanish series "Happy End" working alongside well-known Spanish actress Mónica López. Her second role was in the Spanish feature film "Primats" and its director Carlos Jove. Monica went on to study acting at the Chekov Theatre, with Angel Gutierrez, as well as two years of Stanislavsky method training, as well as extensive theatre experience.

Since Monica has been in America, she has appeared in several Spanish television series as well as commercials. Recently, she appeared in the film "Polanski Unauthorized" and has worked alongside actors such as Robert De Niro and Steven Bauer, appearing as well as the indie feature "Full Moon Rising", "Mexican Gangster" and "XII the Movie".
