Matthias Schloo grew in Lower Saxony Schneverdinge on and has played as a student at the school theater of cooperatives Gesamtschule Schneverdingen .
After training at the Drama School of Bremen Ernst-Waldau-Theater Schloo received in 1995 a first role in the ZDF - soap opera Each quantity of life . In Matti Geschonneck teleplay The Cry of Love Schloo played in 1996 next to Eva Mattes and Jurgen Prochnow . For his portrayal of prostitute Yannis 1997 he was for the Telestar nominated as Best Young Actor. This was followed by leading roles in entertainment shows like Berengar pile Tanja or the title role in the NDR -evening series Bronski and Bernstein .
