Mark Womack is an English actor, best known for starring in Liverpool 1, Sorted and Willy Russell's Dancin thru The Dark. Womack was born in Liverpool in 1961, eldest son of Frances and Tom Womack. He has a younger brother Paul and a younger sister Louise. He attended high school in Childwall, Liverpool, and later attended RADA, London.

He began a relationship with actress Samantha Janus in the late 1990s; they married on 16 May 2009 at Claridge's hotel in central London. He has a son Michael Womack by his ex-wife Therese and two children by Samantha, both born in Westminster, London: son Benjamin Thomas Womack and daughter Lily-Rose Womack.
