Lenay Dunn is an American actress. Her parents moved to a Chicago suburb in 1988 and then to Chetek, WI in 1989 where her father became a pastor for the Evangelical Covenant Church. Although Lenay spoke a mixture of Lingala, French, and some English she had to go to speech classes in preschool because she could not pronounce some letters of the English alphabet.

In January 2009 Lenay moved to Los Angeles, California for 7 months in order to further her career. Within days she landed a position living in a mansion with 7 other girls for a reality show called “Making It in L.A.” The show fell apart after the girls found out the producer of the show worked for 'Vivid Entertainment'. Lenay moved in with one of the other girls from the show, Lauren Stone from the first season of. 3 weeks after moving to L.A. Lenay got the manager she wanted, Marki Costello.

In L.A. Lenay met with top producers in Hollywood, edited videos for Marki, and modeled for and interviewed bands for an online company called Dirtbag.com Lenay moved back to Fridley, MN in August 2009 and on August 23, married Jason Dunn who is the lead singer and songwriter of a band called Hawk Nelson. After their marriage they moved together to Nashville, TN. At the end of 2009 Lenay submitted a video and was asked to audition for an MTV2 show. MTV2 did not cast her, but casting directors at MTV saw the video and interviewed her for a new MTV show. In May 2010 Lenay became the host of MTV’s “10 on Top,” a show that follows the top ten talked about celebrities of the week. The show airs on Saturdays at 11:30 am (ET). She was also filmed in a dozens of MTV short films called “Summer Wraps.”
