Lauren McKnight is an actress. She started her career as an actress starring in the Disney Channel Original Movie "Go Figure" in which she played the role of a Skater in 2005.

Lauren also acted in the movie "Whisper Island" in which she played the role of Sam Dalton in 2007. She got her fame from the television series "Lifeless" which was released in 2008.

In an interview, McKnight said that when she's not working, she is usually out with friends. She loves going to movies, or out to local concerts. She also likes going camping when it's warm out or sometimes she'll just stay home and work on a new painting or photograph.

She likes a lot of bands that seem to be under the radar. She thinks that the fact that you don't really hear about them in the media, and that not many people know of them makes them more personal and intimate to their fans.

In the same interview she stated that If she had the choice to work with anyone she wanted to work with, she would probably want to work with people such as: Wes Anderson, Darren Aronofsky, Tim Burton and The Coen Brothers.
