Kevin Mambo is a Zimbabwean-Canadian actor. He is best known for his role on the CBS Daytime serial Guiding Light in the role of Marcus Williams, which won him two Daytime Emmys in the younger actor category.
Mambo was born in Harare, Zimbabwe, and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. He attended Brentwood College School in Mill Bay, British Columbia, and earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Southern California. He was on Guiding Light and was in the play Ruined, for which he helped the author with authenticity when it came to Africans. He was in the film Cadillac Records. He spent a year on One Life to Live from 2000-2001. Mambo currently plays Fela Anikulapo-Kuti (as an alternate to Sahr Ngaujah) in the Broadway production of the musical Fela! at the Eugene O'Neill Theatre.
