Kelly Heyer is an American actress best known for her recurring role as Teenage Virginia in the television sitcom Raising Hope, since 2010. She is a co-star in TV series Raising Hope, and has guest starred in Outlaw, The Middle, Zeke and Luther, Criminal Minds, Drake and Josh, and Everybody Hates Chris.
