Karina Logue is of Irish ancestry. Is now an aunt (April 2nd, 2004). Also has two nephews from her brother Donal: Finn, born 1999, and another. Has two sisters, Eileen Logue Sciarretta, an education consultant, and Deirdre Logue, and two brothers, Deirdre's twin Donal Logue and Michael Logue. Her father Michael J. Logue taught as a Carmelite Catholic Missionary in Catholic Mission Schools in Nigeria, where he met his future wife, Elizabeth. They married and then moved to England.

Her two sisters (Eileen & Deirdre Logue) married 2 brothers (David & Peter Sciarretta). Dierdre & Peter met at Eileen & David's wedding in Mexico and were married a few years later. Karina gave an hilarious toast at the second wedding where she referred to David and Peter's younger brother Chris as "My Sciarretta.".
