St. Clair is married to playwright Dan O'Brien. Her comedic talents began at Westfield High School. St. Clair and Lennon Parham are creators, stars, and executive producers of the NBC comedy series Best Friends Forever, which premiered on April 4, 2012. NBC officially canceled the series on May 11, 2012.
