Hippolyte Girardot is a French actor. He is not related to the actress Annie Girardot. Graduated from the National School of Decorative Arts, Hippolyte Girardot starts first in the drama following the course of Andreas Voutsinas and Acting International. He soon realized numerous shorts and began as an actor in 1973. Her film career, however not really begin until the early 1980s, especially in the film The Good Pleasure of Francis Girod where he plays the role of the master singer and starring in a ruthless world of Eric Rochant.

He has a daughter, Ana Girardot, born of a union with Isabel Otero, actress in La Crim on France 2 and Diane female cop on TF1 and three other children, Lillah, Sven and Isaac, born of another union. It has no relationship with his namesake, actress Annie Girardot.
