Gisele Casadesus is a French actress. She is the daughter of composer and conductor Henri Casadesus and harpist Marie-Louise Beetz. She married in 1934 the actor Lucien Pascal (real name Lucien Probst), with whom she has four children: composer and conductor Jean-Claude Casadesus, actress Martine Pascal, visual artist Beatrice Casadesus and musician Dominique Probst. She is the grandmother of stakeholders Olivier Casadesus and Barbara Probst.

After a first prize for comedy at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Art at the age of twenty years, she joined the Comedie-French she becomes a member on 1st January 1939, where it remained until 31 December 1962.
