Fulvio Cecere (born March 11, 1960) is a Canadian actor.
Born to Italian parents, he attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, but after only one year he realized that acting, not law, was his true calling. He took acting classes at UCLA and starred in an impressive number of television and feature film parts over the next few years. While vacationing in Vancouver, Canada, he sent out his resume to several local talent agents and to his surprise the response was overwhelming. Moving around between Vancouver, Toronto, Los Angeles and New York all year, he works in a variety of places.
Fulvio Cecere played the part of freelance detective Fred Durkin in the A&E Network's original film The Golden Spiders: A Nero Wolfe Mystery(2000) and the series A Nero Wolfe Mystery (2001–2002). He also portrayed Agent Sandoval in the TV series Dark Angel (2000–2002), and had recurring roles in TV series including Tarzan, Tilt, Blade and Intelligence. His work in feature films includes roles in Paycheck, Assault on Precinct 13 and Ron Howard's Cinderella Man (2005).
A few years back Fulvio Cecere wrote, produced, directed and acted in his own short film, The Regular Guy. Though it took him some time to get the film finished, he recently toured the film festival circuit with it and received several awards. He is currently at work on a new self-written film project.
