Floella K. Y. Benjamin OBE (born in Pointe-à-Pierre, Trinidad, 23 September 1949) [1] is a British actress, author [2], television presenter, businesswoman and Chancellor of the University of Exeter. She is known as presenter of children's programmes such as Play School and Play Away. She claims to be the first woman to appear "fully pregnant" on British television.[3]
