David Milbern is a multi-faceted actor who began his screen career in 1981. He is noted for his thought-provoking performances for a variety of roles across stage, film and television. He appeared in the biographical drama Gods and Monsters (1998) as the neurologist for the Frankenstein film director James Whale. In 2001, he portrayed a sheriff in the western drama Texas Rangers (2001), sharing the screen with a host of notable stars as well as newcomers ranging from established names Tom Skerritt and Dylan McDermott to fresh-faced TV series stars James Van Der Beek, Rachael Leigh Cook and Ashton Kutcher.
Across the mid and late 2000s, David gave some memorable and diverse performances, beginning with the direct-to-video creature/horror film Chupacabra Terror (2005) (V) as the con artist trying to escape the cruise ship that secretly housed the legendary creature. This was followed by a completely-different side of David's acting range when he played a villainous rogue military leader in the 2006 actioner In Her Line of Fire (2006) starring opposite David Keith as his captive U.S. Vice President and Mariel Hemingway as the opposing hero sent in to rescue the VP.
