Chrystina Sayers is an American singer and dancer. Sayers is a member of the musical group Girlicious. Sayers is from San Diego, California and went to La Jolla Country Day School. She graduated in 2005.

Her father is NFL pro-football player Ron Sayers and her uncle is NFL pro-football player Gale Sayers. She is of Jamaican, Irish, Japanese, Native American, and African American descent. Says that she was a tomboy growing up, and still is at heart. Says that the competition has made her more humble. Sayers has taken a "few singing lessons" before Girlicious. Chrystina Sayers was known during the show primarily for having trouble memorizing her lyrics and letting her nerves get the best of her quite often, landing her 3 times in the bottom two as well as her friendship with Natalie Mejia.

However, she also received high praises from the judges on several strong performances and won one challenge. She has stated that she did not think she would make it into the group before Robin made the surprising reveal that Girlicious would have 4 members.
