Chad Tulik from A Shot at Love 2 with Tila Tequila is best known for headbutting one of the other contestants on the show. He’s obviously still a nut job because he was arrested this morning for beating his girlfriend up. Neighbors called police when they heard the couple arguing loudly.

When the police arrived, Tulik’s girlfriend had obvious injuries. She also told police that she had tried to call 911 but he broke her phone before she could.

Chad was arrested and booked on felony assault, vandalism and dissuading a witness.
