Following SNAKESKIN Kestner began work on Ridley Scott's 'Hannibal', the sequel to 'Silence of the Lambs'. Additional feature film credits include 'The General's Daughter', with John Travolta, directed by Simon West; Ridley Scott's 'G.I. Jane' with Demi Moore; the dark, independent film 'Cleopatra's Second Husband' and 'Dorothy Day', based on the life of the radical suffragette, starring Heather Graham and Moira Kelly.
Kestner, who trained with Janet Alhanti in Los Angeles, Sandra Lee's actors Study in New York and Greg Zitel has also made a name for himself on the small screen. He played the series lead in 'The Outsiders' and has also starred in a number of ‘movie of the week's including 'Somebody's Daughter'; 'Treachery in the Suburbs: The Amy Fisher Story'; 'A Taste For Justice' and more recently, 'Hell Swarm'. He was also the lead in the off-Broadway production 'Fighting Light.
