After the Abitur it completed a BWL study at the professional school for technology and economics Berlin from 1989 to 1993. Apart from its study job component end it as Model and was from 1991 to 1998 Countermanagerin with Estée Lauder Cosmetics.
By a Volontariat with the German private station Sat.1 she came to the Sat.1-Frühstücksfernsehen and was there starting from January 1999 active as talking document urine and a newscaster, until she transferred the main mode ration of the transmission in July 2000.
