Ashley started dancing when she was 2 1/2 yrs. old. She studies and competes in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, acro, musical theatre, lyrical and hip hop.



She made her professional acting debut when she was 8 years old, portraying Marta in The Sound of Music at Theatre Aquarius, in Hamilton. She also performed the role of Lucy in The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe as well as appearing in Cinderella, The Wizard of Oz, Anne of Green Gables, Jacob Two Two Meets the Hooded Fang and Jekyll and Hyde, all at Theatre Aquarius. Ashley also danced the role of Clara in The Nutcracker at Hamilton Place.

She has appeared in numerous commercials and done a lot of voice work. Ashley and Jackie Burroughs were the leads in a CBC radio drama called Articles of Faith which was written by Emil Sher. Ashley has appeared in 6th Grade Alien, In a Heartbeat, Real Kids Real Adventures, Zack Files, Blobheads and was a series lead on Ace Lightning (2003). Her movie credits include What Girls Learn, The Music Man (2002) and the feature film Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (2004). She also appeared in a movie with Joe Mantegna called A Very Married Christmas.
