Alexander Anthony "Alex" Black (born April 20, 1989 in Redwood City, California) is an American television and motion picture child actor. He has appeared in several popular movies, as well as a minor role on Charmed. He mostly recently portrayed Seth Powers in Nickelodeon's hit series, Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. He is also seen on a commercial of Wal-Mart for the Playstation 3 and Oceans Thirteen . His brother, Tony Black, is also an actor.
