The encounter flanked by K-fed and Britney is getting nastier. Not that we weren't expecting it, but it looks like nowadays, "speed" is the word, and Federline sure moves quickly. We all know the story of Alli Sims being served with her subpoena at three in the morning and if you've watched the video you know she hasn’t been extremely thrilled about it. Well, cousin Alli was just step one in the plan, as it looks like what had all the signs of a fierce custody battle is turning into a family feud that will make all those around Britney choose sides and stick to them.
Step two in the plan was delivering not one, but two subpoenas to Britney's bodyguard Daimon Shippen, who will apparently also be asked to testify alongside Sims as to Britney's parenting abilities. And yes, I suppose he's got as much to say, and probably even more than cousin Alli had, seeing how he's been known to mess up life for Britney in the past. Remember the sex tape stories? Well, if I were Britney I'd probably be terrified to learn what's gonna come out of this guy's mouth and I'd either be preparing a gun, some tissues or a getaway car to Mexico or some non-extradition country.
