Britney’s house has been on the market for months and hasn’t sold yet but Paris’ sold within days. I guess it pays to have the Hilton name. The buyer shelled out $4.25 for the heiress’s Spanish style mansion. Paris bought the house for only $2.9 million back in 2004 and just three years later turned around and sold it for almost double the price.
The house comes equipped with cabanas by the pool, a guest house, a room turned into "the ultimate closet" and an office. I bet her neighbors must be really happy to see her go! That house had literally become a tourist attraction for the past few months with tourists from all over the world coming in to get a glimpse of the ex-con heiress.
