Either Katie Holmes arrived late or she just missed the red carpet since she wasn’t seen at the Critics Choice Awards on January 7th.

It seems like that it was Tom’s duty to babysit Suri for that night since Holmes was flying alone last night as she gave the reward for Best Comedy Movie to Juno costars Allison Janney and Ellen Page.

As far as it comes to what she was wearing that night, and how it looked on her, that’s up to you to decide it. The dress seemed good overall, but at some point it looked like that it didn’t look so gorgeous on her.
