Charlize Theron might have been deficiently blistered when an umbrella exploded into fire during a photo shoot. The 32-year-old actress was wearing a highly-flammable gown but wanted to help deal with the crisis. She had to be told to stay back for her own safety. 'During the first setup at the shoot, the make-up artist started screaming, “Fire!”' photographer Robert Ascroft tells Parade.
'We all looked over and a huge umbrella was on fire and pieces of it were falling onto the ground. 'Charlize, wearing a big red dress with feathers, began moving towards the fire as if she was going to help put it out.' Fortunately the star saw sense and allowed others to rush in with the fire extinguisher.
