Gregory Norman Cruz is a Native American television actor, with both Mexican and Apache heritage. Based in Los Angeles, he has acted in a number of films and television series, along with winning a DramaLogue Award for his performance in The Three Penny Opera. Gregory Cruz has appeared in Scarface, The Rockford Files, Starman, Pacific Blue, Sliders, JAG, The Pretender, NYPD Blue, and Judging Amy.
Cruz’s credits include his first role on an episode of X-Files: Vienen as Diego Garza. This was followed quickly by roles on series, such as The Practice, Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman, and City Guys. In 1990, he appeared in the movie Drug Wars: The Camarena Story as Torrez-Lepe. This was followed by more movies, including the 1995 feature Te!$#!#seh: The Last Warrior, The Running Woman, the 2004 film Without a Paddle, and eventually on The Criminal Minds, as Bobby Stillwater on the 2007 television series Saving Grace, and 2008 series In Plain Sight.
